Rick Pottin

Rick has a diversified background spanning 25 years in the biotechnology, environmental, agriculture, food processing, aquaculture, real estate and construction industries. He has strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with extensive experience in project management, site supervision, research and development, mediation and negotiation, human resources, sales and marketing plus residential construction management.

Rick received his B.A.Sc. in BioResource Engineering from the University of B.C. in Vancouver.

Rod Porteous
Chief Operating Officer & VP of Construction

Rod has 30+ years of proven experience in the construction industry with international project management experience and a track record of reducing costs, risks and improving quality/safety. His natural leadership builds sold relationships with architects, engineers, government agencies, contractors and other strategic partners.

His background has focused on earthworks, canal and bridge construction, airport improvements,highway paving, commercial and industrial site works, site remediation, utility installations (storm, water, sanitary & power) plus water and sewage treatment plants. He has been involved with many major projects across the province of Alberta as well as large scale international projects in Afghanistan and Kazakistan.

His supervisory roles have included: Construction Manager, Senior & Deputy Project Manager, Managing Director and Operations Manager. Rod has had extensive training and certification from WHMIS, St. John Ambulance Standard First Aid, Construction Safety to Supervisor Training.

Chris Chukwukaodinaka

Chris is the driving force behind Trinity International, with the creativity and determination needed to keep the company vision in motion. His dynamic personality, moral standards and high level of integrity help ensure that the Trinity team is always inspired.

His sharp entrepreneurial skills have helped him create new relationships and connect commodity sellers from local Nigeria and West African markets with buyers from Russia, Brazil, Thailand, Norway and China.

Chris studied Public Administration at the University of Calabar in Nigeria and has ambitious plans to create a philanthropic foundation to provide assistance to African and Third World communities that he is involved with.

Lalataksh Reddy
International Corporate Liaison & VP of Communication

Lalataksh has over 8 years of experience in the Aviation Management field and is an expert in International trade and logistics. He is also well-versed in Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management.

His success story is evidence of his desire to succeed and grow, having started as a general labourer, then went on to become a Logistics Manager. His personal drive and passion for new projects bring positive energy to the team.

Lalataksh is currently pursuing an MBA in Logistics Management. He is well-versed in 4 languages and is an asset for our international operations.

Waqar Shareef
Chief Information Officer & VP of Risk Management

Waqar is responsible for implementing current information technology (IT) processes for the company as well as assessing project risks. With over 19 years of global IT experience, he has worked with oilfield databases, banks, card payment systems and brokerage houses. His titles have included Programmer, Software Consultant, Product Developer, Service Engineer, Business Analyst and Project Manager. He has worked in Dubai, Chicago and Singapore.

Waqar received his B.Sc. in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences in Pakistan.

Iftikhar Farooqi, P. Eng
VP of Field Services

ftikhar has 14 dedicated years of onsite construction, surveying and mapping experience with roles including Development & Resource Manager, Project Coordinator, Mapping & GIS Specialist, Field Data Processor, Site Supervisor and Design Engineer. His international experiences have taken him to the USA, UK, The Netherlands, Qatar, Oman & Dubai.

Iftikhar obtained his B.E. in Civil Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering & Technology in Pakistan plus a Masters in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Calgary. He is also a member of APEGA.

Samuel Tunji Ayeni
Chief Financial Officer

Samuel obtained his Bachelor degree in Zoology at Obafemi Awolowo University,Ile – Ife, Nigeria in 1987 and a Masters in International Business at Strayer University, USA in 2011. Mr. Ayeni has indepth experience in International Trade and Financing with long term clients and  reputable contacts worldwide.
